Senior Team
Our Clinical Lead and Senior Care Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered across our homes. They work closely with the Home Manager and care team to provide clinical leadership, oversee care planning and support staff development to ensure safe, personal – centred care for all our residents.
Rebecca, who has worked within Northcare for 8 years has progressed from Care Assistant to Floors Manager. Rebecca works closely with our Clinical Lead and Home Manager, and says, "Working at Northcare truly feels like being part of a family. Care Assistants
Our Care Assistants support our residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence and overall well – being. The team provide high quality, person- centred care to residents in line with their individual care plans. Our Care Assistants are kind, patient and respectful, they work well in a team and individually, most importantly they have a genuine desire to help others.

Hospitality

Whether it’s serving a cup of tea just the way someone likes it or taking the time for a quick chat, the team brings warmth, respect, and genuine connection to every dining experience. Their role goes far beyond delivering food – they help turn mealtimes into moments of joy, dignity, and social connection.

Housekeeping

Kitchen Team
At Northcare, food is more than just a daily necessity — it’s a source of comfort, connection, and enjoyment. Our talented kitchen team takes great pride in preparing fresh, homemade meals and baked goods every day, making mealtimes one of the highlights for our residents.
From traditional favourites to seasonal specials, everything is cooked on-site using quality ingredients. We cater to a wide range of dietary needs, always focusing on nutritious, balanced meals that are both delicious and beautifully presented. And it’s not just about the main meals – our team is known for their freshly baked cakes, scones, and biscuits, which are loved by residents and visitors alike.
We understand the importance of food in supporting health and well-being, and we work closely with care staff and residents to ensure everyone feels listened to, included, and well-fed.
