OPERATIONS

Corporate Express runs its logistics operation from a state of the art central distribution centre in Birmingham. The facility consists of 2 buildings totalling 625,000 sq ft and has a mixture of fully automated conveyor picking and 'pick to voice' directed picking.

This centralised site handles in excess of 25,000 customer order-lines per day for next day delivery via our dedicated distribution fleet. The facility, which is divided by function (goods inward, replenishment, picking etc), operates 18 hours per day 06.00 - 24.00 Monday to Friday.

Corporate Express also provides third party warehouse and transport services from this site for customers via our logistics company XLog.
