The Human Resources Department of Corporate Express until a few months ago was based in our Cranleigh office. As the head office of Corporate Express is now in Birmingham it was sensible that the HR Department would relocate to Birmingham. HR are now closer to their internal customers and can continue the process of working towards best practice with far more visibility.

Our objectives for this year are to work alongside the business adding value to the strategic priorities of Corporate Express as we move towards our key goal of profitable sales growth in order to strengthen and consolidate our leading positions in the main markets.

The Human Resources Department will underpin these priorities by ensuring excellent people management. This includes the ability to attract and retain quality employees and continual development and coaching to meet ever more stretching demands on management and employees as the business moves forward. Corporate Express is striving this year through their people, to become an employer of choice.
