Chef de Partie – New Opening | East London

We’re opening a new restaurant in East London and are looking for a classically trained Chef de Partie to join the team from day one.

This is a kitchen built around technique, discipline, and high-quality produce — ideal for chefs who take pride in doing things properly and want to be part of a serious, standards-driven environment.

The Role - Chef de Partie

As Chef de Partie, you’ll run your own section with precision and consistency, working within a structured brigade that values classical foundations and attention to detail.

This is a hands-on role for chefs who are confident in their craft and comfortable working to high expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi/CDP ready to step up
  • Classical training (college or strong on-the-job equivalent)
  • Previous experience in Michelin-starred or Michelin-level kitchens highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of fundamental techniques, sauces, butchery, and fish prep
  • High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and mise en place
  • Calm and focused during service
