We’re looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-regarded neighbourhood gastropub in South West London, known for its seasonal, ingredient-led menus.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative chef to take full ownership of the food offer in an independent setting, driving menu development while maintaining high standards in a busy, quality-focused environment.

The Role:

  • Full responsibility for kitchen operations and team leadership
  • Creating and delivering seasonal, menu-led dishes
  • Managing GP, stock control, and kitchen performance
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Training and developing a small, dedicated kitchen team


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Current Head Chef or strong Sous ready to step up
  • Passion for seasonal, British produce and menu creativity
  • Experience in fresh food, gastropub, or similar environments
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware with a good understanding of kitchen financials
