Chef de Partie – New Opening | East London

We’re opening a new restaurant in East London and are looking for a classically trained Chef de Partie to join the team from day one.

This is a kitchen built around technique, discipline, and high-quality produce — ideal for chefs who take pride in doing things properly and want to be part of a serious, standards-driven environment.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a vibrant, ingredient-led restaurant in East London. With a strong focus on seasonal British produce we pride ourselves on great flavour, quality, and team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run your own section during service, maintaining consistency, portion size, timing and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute the menu aligned with seasonal produce and open-fire cooking methods.
  • Assist in prep work, stock rotation and mise-en-place, ensuring your section is well prepared.
  • Keep your station clean, organised and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Support juniors (Commis/trainees) and help create a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.
  • Contribute ideas and support menu development aligned with our fire-led kitchen ethos.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen.
  • Confident working within a section and delivering consistent, high-standard dishes.
  • A genuine love of cooking with seasonal British ingredients and open-fire techniques.
  • Team player who thrives under pressure, with a strong work ethic and ambition to progress.
  • Good communication skills and sharp attention to detail in a busy service environment.
