We’re opening a new restaurant in East London and are looking for a classically trained Demi Chef de Partie to join the team from day one.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a vibrant, ingredient-led restaurant in East London. With a strong focus on seasonal British produce and open-fire cooking techniques, we pride ourselves on great flavour, quality, and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute the menu aligned with seasonal produce and open-fire cooking methods.
- Assist in prep work, stock rotation and mise-en-place, ensuring your section is well prepared.
- Keep your station clean, organised and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support juniors (Commis/trainees) and help create a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.
- Contribute ideas and support menu development aligned with our fire-led kitchen ethos.
About You:
- Proven experience as a strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen.
- Confident working within a section and delivering consistent, high-standard dishes.
- A genuine love of cooking with seasonal British ingredients and open-fire techniques.
- Team player who thrives under pressure, with a strong work ethic and ambition to progress.
- Good communication skills and sharp attention to detail in a busy service environment.
