Head of Events – Premium Meeting Rooms & Events Venue
King’s Cross | Monday–Friday | Growth Opportunity
Hired-Hospitality is proud to partner with a design-led, privately owned hospitality and events group in King’s Cross to appoint an exceptional Head of Events for one of the area’s most versatile and sought-after meeting and events venues.
This is a standout leadership opportunity within a creative, multi-site hospitality business spanning boutique hotels, restaurants, and distinctive event spaces — each known for individuality, quality, and memorable guest experiences.
The King’s Cross venue features multiple contemporary meeting rooms, a large studio-style events space, and a rooftop terrace, hosting everything from high-profile corporate gatherings and brand events to private celebrations and executive meetings.
We are seeking a commercially driven, relationship-focused Head of Events to lead sales performance, elevate client experience, and inspire a small, high-performing events team.
You’ll bring strong market credibility from a premium hotel, conference, or events environment and combine strategic sales leadership with hands-on operational excellence.
As Head of Events:
You will own the commercial and operational success of the venue — driving revenue, building key corporate relationships, and ensuring flawless event delivery.
You’ll lead from the front: converting enquiries, hosting clients, developing proactive sales pipelines, and collaborating closely with hospitality operations to deliver exceptional experiences.
