Night Auditor

£24,440 per annum , plus service charge*

We are now looking for a full time Night Auditor ( 40 hrs per week) to join our Night Team.

Shift time: 23:00hrs to 07:30 hrs 5 nights per week. Weekend and bank holiday working is required.

Looking after our guests is our key priority. As a Night Auditor you will assist the Night Manager and the night team in ensuring our guests receive the very best service over night. You will assist in manning the reception desk, in providing night services to our guests and in completing night audits. Our aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so we strive to make every stay an occasion for our guests, no matter what time of day or night.

What we are looking for:

Have enthusiasm, dedication and previous experience in a Front of House or a related role
Have excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Be very well presented and able to remain calm under pressure
IT skills and experience with hotel software is desirable but not essential
