Casual Room Attendant

We are recruiting for Casual Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team from the 1st April 2024.
Flexibility required to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Overview of role:

Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the specified 5* standard
Restocking room attendants’ trolleys
Reporting all maintenance defects
Handing in all Lost Property found in guest rooms in a timely manner to the housekeeping office.
To be well presented at all times in accordance with Company uniform standards.

What we are looking for:

Enthusiasm, dedication, and the ability to work in a team
Excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Be well presented and able to remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in a housekeeping role would be beneficial.
