Grounds Assistant

We are recruiting for an experienced Grounds Assistant to work fully mobile for Arora Group’s portfolio of properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

Undertaking landscaping activities as directed to include;

Planting
Pruning of shrubs
Cutting of lawns
Strimming
Hedge cutting
Tree and shrub planting
Weeding beds & borders
Autumnal leaf clearance
Litter Clearance
External timber treatment and painting
Gritting / snow clearance
Handyman skills

What we are looking for:

Prepared to work outdoors in all seasons
To understand, follow and implement health and safety requirements
Practical skills for driving and operating machinery
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Able to establish and maintain good working relationships with others
Experience in using of gardening tools - Ride on mower / lawnmower, Long reach pruners, hedging tools and strimmer
