Job Description

We are looking for a maintenance assistant who has a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team.

We want you to be focused on driving excellent standards for our hotel, delivered with passion and a smile. Our values are Loyalty, Integrity, Versatility and Excellence and we strive for all our team member to flourish in our hotels.

The Role

• Support with all maintenance throughout the hotel
• Hands on technical role with the hotel
• Assist with managing on site contractors ensuring health and safety compliance is adhered to
• Maintaining hotel bedroom and front of house areas to brand standard
• Assist with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner
• Liaise with all departments in the hotel to ensure effective communication

What we need from you

• Understand hotel property compliance
• Able to carry out property maintenance as required
• Competent level of computer skills
• Intermediate level of health and safety compliance for hotels.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Enthusiastic approach to work and problem solving
