Crowne Plaza Marlow is a contemporary 4-star lakeside hotel offering stylish bedrooms, the AA Rosette Glaze Restaurant, Aqua Bar & Conservatory, and the Quad Wellness & Spa with pool, gym, and treatment facilities.

The hotel also features extensive meetings and events facilities for up to 450 delegates and is conveniently located near the M4, M40, and Heathrow, with easy access to Marlow, Windsor, and the Thames Valley area.

Job Description

We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organised Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless spa journey from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests to the spa with a friendly and professional approach
• Managing bookings, appointments, and enquiries efficiently
• Handling payments, spa retail sales, and daily till reconciliation
• Supporting therapists with schedule coordination
• Maintaining a clean, calm, and organised reception area
• Promoting spa treatments, products, and relevant offers
• Ensuring exceptional guest service at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a receptionist, spa, or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Confident using booking systems and handling payments
• Passion for wellness, guest experience, and attention to detail
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays
