Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. If you have a genuine passion for wellness, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of professional treatments while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for our guests. You will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of service and care that our hotel is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty therapies.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their spa journey.
• Maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Promote and sell spa products, treatments, and packages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Assist in creating a calm, relaxing, and professional spa environment.
• Support the wider spa and hotel team as required.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Spa Therapist with recognised beauty or massage therapy certifications.
• Previous experience in a hotel, spa, wellness centre, or salon environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A passion for health, wellness, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
