Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Support the flow of linen and towels across The Reserve, from delivery to collection
• Ensure all used linen is correctly sorted, stored, and prepared for laundry
• Organise and stock the housekeeping department with fresh linen and supplies
• Assist with basic laundry duties
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of laundry areas and stockrooms
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to meet daily operational needs
What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable and physically fit – this is a hands-on role
• A team player who’s organised and efficient
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus but not essential
