The Role

We’re seeking a committed and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Roof Gardens. Our back of house team is essential to the seamless operation of our venue, supporting all departments with efficiency, precision, and care. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service and maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector
• Oversee and support the housekeeping team through regular checks, clear communication, and ongoing coaching
• Ensure company standards are consistently upheld in cleanliness, efficiency, and the pristine presentation of all areas
• Clean and sanitise guest facilities regularly throughout the day, and monitor the level of supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper/linen towels
• Provide assistance and customer service to facility users, such as directing them to available facilities, addressing any concerns they may have and being personable
• Comfortable to walk & stand during the majority of shifts, as well as frequent manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work evening and night shifts
