FAQs
What happens once I’ve applied for a role?
You will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your application. We will then contact you within 7 days confirming if your application has been shortlisted.
How long after an interview will I know the outcome?
We will aim to get back to you within 7-10 days to let you know if you have been successful.
What should I wear for the interview?
Dress appropriately for the role you are applying for.
Do I need the right to work in the UK?
All team members must have the right to work in the UK and we will carry out the necessary ID checks to confirm this.
What are my working hours?
As we have numerous roles within the business, please refer to your contract for your specific working hours. If your role is shift based, you will be issued a rota by your line manager in your first week.
When do I get paid?
All team members are paid monthly with access to Wagestream should you wish to access some of your earnings sooner.
What is the dress code?
You will be provided with relevant uniforms when joining The Roof Gardens along with further guidance relating to grooming and presentation. Office team: Smart casual, we want you to feel comfortable. F&B team: Smart casual and presentable. No tracksuits, ripped jeans, caps or hoodies are to be worn.
