The Roof Gardens is a social club in the sky, 100 feet above the streets of Kensington. Close to an acre of private gardens with views across London to the horizon, The Roof Gardens is a new generation members club.

A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. The Roof Gardens’ community is united by open-mindedness, optimism and kindness, not defined by background.

The Role 

The Membership Executive is a pivotal role within our membership team, sitting at the heart of our day-to-day operations. This is a varied, hands-on position that combines strong administrative capability with genuine warmth and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences. You will be the first point of contact for many of our members and applicants, and your professionalism, attention to detail and communication skills will be central to the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities 

• Communicate with current and perspecive members on all queries including membership questions, complaints and general queries. 
• Own the full application process including accurate processing of new member data into Salesforce, coordinating tours, application due diligence and supporting new member intakes. 
• Review member experience reports and escalate responses as required. 
• Support the Head of Membership Operations with reporting and data management. 
• Maintain all member data across Salesforce and other internal systems with accuracy. 
• Monitor member payments, identify & resolve payment authorisations, manage frozen memberships and support with financial reconciliation. 

About you

• Previous experience in a similar role within membership in a luxury hospitlaity environment.
• Prior experience with Salesforce CRM and familiarity with SevenRooms.  
• Exceptional attendtion to detail and communication skills. 
• Strong administrative capability within a fast paced environment. 
• Confident, warm and professional manner with members, guests and colleagues. 
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure. 
• Be a people person who thrives in a people-led environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
