The Role
We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Head Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous experience as a Head Cocktail Waiter/Waitress in the luxury hospitality market
• Passionate about food and quality products, with strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and ideally fine wines
• Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting members, offering knowledgeable menu recommendations, upselling where appropriate, and confidently addressing beverage-related queries
• Accurately take and process food and drink orders in all service areas in line with company standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming lounge area
• Accurately process payments in line with company procedures
• Supervise, train and support your team ensuring a clear understanding of responsibilities, menu knowledge, and service expectations
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
