The Role
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our growing team for a 6 months fixed term contract. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning facilities and maintaining a high standard of hygiene at all times, always in strict adherence to health and safety standards.

We are looking for individuals who can support our teams effectively and efficiently, whilst consistently maintaining a high-quality standard. You will be a team player that communicates well with colleagues and embodies a can-do mindset. Punctuality, reliability and flexibility are a must.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee and support the housekeeping team through regular checks, clear communication, and ongoing coaching
● Ensure company standards are consistently upheld in cleanliness, efficiency, and the pristine presentation of all areas.
● Confidently perform and supervise both dry and wet cleaning of upholstery, carpet and wallpaper.
● Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling, Fire and COSHH.
● Ensure full adherence to the Premises licence operating requirements which always require compliance.
● Support the Head Housekeeper in any additional duties required.

About You
• Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality environment.
• Must possess a positive can-do attitude and be a team-player that communicates well with colleagues
• Attention to detail and is passionate about maintaining high standards.
• You will possess a friendly, characterful demeanour and take genuine pleasure in supporting your colleagues
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support the business as required.
