We have an opportunity for a Site Manager to join our high-performing team delivering projects for our client, UK Power Networks. Working on complex and safety-critical infrastructure, where your leadership will directly influence successful project delivery from planning through to completion. You will play a key part in the safe delivery of high voltage infrastructure schemes, including substation works and HV cable installation routes that support essential power networks. We would love to hear from you if… You have substantial experience within DNO or utilities environments, particularly on projects involving substations or HV cable installation routes. You will understand the safety, technical and compliance standards required when delivering high voltage infrastructure and be confident leading teams in live operational settings. A strong background in Streetworks projects is essential, including a thorough understanding of permitting processes, statutory notice periods and liaison with Local Authority representatives. You will be experienced in coordinating resources, subcontractors and supply chain partners while maintaining programme objectives. You will demonstrate commercial awareness when managing change events, costs and forecasting, with experience operating under NEC3 or NEC4 contracts. The ability to manage site documentation, quality processes and client reporting to a high standard is critical. Strong communication skills are key, as you will regularly engage with clients, operational colleagues and external stakeholders. You will also hold SMSTS or SSSTS certification, Streetworks (NRSWA) Supervisor accreditation and a recognised health and safety qualification such as IOSH. A full UK driving licence is required.
