As proud partners with Scottish Water, our business is expanding, and we are actively seeking skilled Clean Water Repair and Maintenance Supervisors to join us.
As a skilled Supervisor who thrives on change and embraces challenges including Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Fleet, Operational Delivery, and Customer Experience, your primary focus will be on managing people and performance, and we anticipate that you'll be eager to identify areas for improvement in work practices and service performance once you've settled into the role.

  • Reviewing and approving contractor method statements and risk assessments.
  • Conducting regular safety audits to identify hazards and implement necessary controls.
  • Managing vehicles and drivers to adhere to driving standards policies and the highway code.

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…

Exceptional people management and communication skills, including diplomacy.

Comfortable with making independent decisions, as you will often need to balance client expectations with contractual requirements and business priorities.
Desirable qualifications include NRSWA, SMSTS/SSSTS, and CDM training.

A full UK Drivers Licence is essential.

We welcome applications from operational team leaders seeking their first management role, individuals transitioning from the armed forces, or recent graduates with relevant degrees, such as civil engineering.
