We are ambitious!
We’re keen to hear from determined and motivated people like you who are interested in developing their supervisory experience in the world of utilities.

At Clancy, we’re driven by ambition, teamwork, and a shared commitment to protecting one of our most precious resources. We’re keen to hear from determined and motivated people like you who want to develop and grow in the utilities sector especially those ready to take the next step in their supervisory career.
Our Area Managers are the vital link between our field teams and senior leadership. As our business continues to grow across the Anglian Water region, we’re looking for experienced leaders to help us deliver safe, efficient, and high quality operations every day.

The Role:

As a Leakage Area Manager within our Anglian Water alliance, you will take responsibility for the day to day supervision of our Leakage Technicians, ensuring all operational activities are delivered to the highest standards.

This is a fast paced, hands on role where your organisational skills, decision-making, and commitment to health and safety will make a direct difference. Without your leadership, our ability to protect water supply and minimise leakage would be severely impacted. Your role really does keep water flowing for our customers.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…

  • Leading, supporting and motivating leakage teams across your area
  • Ensuring all leakage detection and investigation work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Managing resources, planning workloads and meeting performance targets
  • Maintaining excellent communication with field teams, planners and alliance partners
  • Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with operational standards
  • Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality and customer outcomes

What We’re Looking For…

To thrive in this role, you will be a confident leader who can supervise and motivate field based teams, bringing an organised and proactive approach to managing workloads and delivering under pressure. You’ll be focused on safety, with a strong understanding of health, safety and operational standards, while remaining solutions driven and able to make effective decisions quickly. A commitment to quality is essential, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard. Above all, you’ll demonstrate the right behaviours, leadership, accountability, teamwork and a genuine passion for doing things the right way.

If you’re ready to take on the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
