The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Developer Services Supervisor to join our Southern Water Team. This is a fantastic chance for a driven and proactive individual to build experience across all areas of the team, gaining valuable exposure and developing new skills along the way. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed and grow in the role.

These are some of the activities you will be involved in:

  • Play a key role in supporting our service connection teams, helping to successfully deliver for new development projects
  • Assist site supervisors in their day to day operations, ensuring work runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, maintaining a professional approach at all times
  • Carry out pre site visits ahead of dig teams attending, ensuring all relevant health and safety documentation is completed accurately
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and wider teams to support successful project delivery

You have a strong foundation in IT and Microsoft Office, combined with confident communication skills and a positive, team focused approach. While experience within the water industry would be beneficial, we welcome candidates who are keen to learn and develop their knowledge in this area. You will be someone who takes pride in delivering quality work, approaches challenges with a solution focused mindset, and can manage your time effectively to meet deadlines. If you enjoy working collaboratively, take ownership of your responsibilities, and are motivated to contribute to a high-performing team, we would love to hear from you.
