We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Data Analyst to join our growing team, supporting delivery on our South West Water contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and influencing decision-making, ideally with experience within utilities or construction environments.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the production, analysis and interpretation of data, helping to uncover insights, highlight risks and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…

  • Identifying key themes and trends within data, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Supporting the development and sharing of best practice to drive consistency across projects
  • Monitoring performance metrics and providing clear, data-driven feedback to stakeholders

We would love to hear from you if…

You are proactive with a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to solve problems and influence outcomes. You’ll be confident interpreting complex information and translating it into clear, meaningful insights that support business decisions.

You’ll have experience working with data in a structured environment, ideally within utilities, construction or infrastructure, and be comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders. A good understanding of project lifecycles and information management systems would be beneficial.

Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience in building dashboards or visualisations using tools such as Power BI would be highly advantageous. A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, alongside strong commercial awareness.
