We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to provide efficient, accurate and effective administrative support to our operational teams. You'll play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly, ensuring information is maintained accurately and colleagues receive the support they need to deliver for our customers.

The Role:

As an Administrator, you'll support the wider team with a variety of administrative and coordination activities, helping to ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency across the business.

Here are some of the activities you'll be involved in...

  • Upload and process timesheets accurately on behalf of operational colleagues.
  • Coordinate and arrange training for employees, ensuring training records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general queries, resolving where possible and escalating to the appropriate teams when required.
  • Manage administrative processes and procedures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is current and compliant.
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...

  • Previous experience working within a busy administrative role, ideally within a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicting demands effectively.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success.
  • A full UK driving licence, as travel between our offices, including Hazards Green, will be required. All business travel costs will be reimbursed.
