We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our Energy team, supporting the delivery of the UK Power Networks (UKPN) contract. This is a key role where you will be responsible for shaping and driving quality standards across a portfolio of complex HV and substation projects. We would love to hear from you if… You are already working at management level in Quality, ideally within the utilities, power, or infrastructure sectors. You have a track record of leading audits, implementing ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems, and influencing teams to deliver consistently high standards. Knowledge of HV systems, substation construction, and standards such as SROH and NRSWA will be important for success. Chartered or professionally qualified candidates (e.g. IRCA Lead Auditor, PRINCE2/APMP, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable, though strong leadership, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills are equally valued. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a role where you can make a tangible impact, champion best practice, and play a pivotal part in delivering critical energy infrastructure projects.
