P6 Planner£50,000 - £60,000BracknellWe are Innovative We have an excellent opportunity for a P6 Planner to join our team working on the AMP9 framework. This is a key role, supporting the planning team in the development and delivery of water main installation schemes. The projects you’ll work on will span the full lifecycle — from pre-construction through to handover — helping ensure each scheme is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. The Role As a P6 Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in the development and management of detailed project programmes, supporting successful project delivery across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with the PMO, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure planning processes are robust and aligned with business and contractual requirements. You have a detailed and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving, strong organisational skills, and take pride in delivering work right first time and in line with project protocols. You’ll have demonstrable experience of developing schemes from pre-construction through to handover, along with a sound working knowledge of NEC contracts. Extensive experience using Primavera P6 — including cost and resource loading to an advanced level — is essential, together with a good understanding of MS Project. An understanding of NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act) regulations would be advantageous. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites are essential for this role. Ideally, you will hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, and bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
