Overseen by Head Chef Dominic Teague, the menus exemplifies his penchant for British ingredients and goes to extraordinary lengths to source them from independent producers who support his commitment to seasonal and sustainable cooking.

• You must be articulate and comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues

Your responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging with guests in line wtih the hotel's standards
• Have complete knowledge of the menu and wine list
• Ensure highest standards of customer care at all times, providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
• Understanding the flow of service in order to anticipate Head Waiter/ess instructions whenever possible
• Ensure that all tables are cleaned and relayed
• Acknowledge and bid farewell departing guests
