Restaurant Supervisor

Contract: Full time

About One Aldwych
One Aldwych is an independent luxury hotel in the heart of Covent Garden. Home to 100 individually designed rooms and suites, Indigo, the Lobby Bar and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Afternoon Tea, the hotel has built a reputation for hospitality with character. Independence remains at the heart of the business, creating a culture that values individuality and encourages fresh thinking.
Original in shape, style and story, One Aldwych is a place where people can build their careers, contribute ideas and take pride in what they do.

About Indigo
Indigo isn't your typical hotel restaurant. Every dish on the menu is entirely gluten and dairy free, without compromising on flavour, presentation or experience. It's a concept that has earned a loyal following and continues to challenge perceptions of modern dining. For those who enjoy learning, developing their product knowledge and working with something genuinely different, Indigo offers the opportunity to be part of a distinctive dining experience.
