What you will bring

• As part of our Housekeeping team you will strive to create memorable and personal experiences for our guests
• Previous experience from a 4 or 5 star hotel is preferred, but not essential
• You must be comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as assigning daily tasks to the team, creating reports and preparing daily spreadsheets
• You will be fully responsible for floor management and the inspection of rooms
• You will manage the team assigned to you
• You will assist with inventories and stock take
• You will assist the Assistant Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper with other reasonable Housekeeping tasks
• You will ensuring the smooth running of the daily Housekeeping operation
