Home to our Michelin Key awarded hotel, Indigo restaurant, celebrated for redefining luxury dining through its entirely gluten and dairy free menus, alongside private dining and events spaces, we are now looking for an experienced waiter/ watiress to join the team in Indigo Restaurant and Room Service.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service
• Previous experience with Fine Dining service is an advantage
• A passion to succeed in a fast paced quality environment
• Ability to prioritize different tasks and requests coupled with proven organization skills

Your responsibilities

When you join us as our new Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and engaging with guests
• Have complete knowledge of menu and wine list
• Ensure highest standards of customer care at all times, providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
• Ensure that all tables are cleaned and relayed
• Acknowledge and bid farewell departing guests
