Studio Paskin is looking to meet with experienced and enthusiastic Front of House managers of all levels to discuss opportunities across our restaurants.

We are a creative hospitality studio with a collection of venues that span modern culture and touch all aspects of hospitality. We began first in music with The End, then evolved into restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Operating across Central London, our group now includes The Palomar, The Barbary Neal’s Yard, The Barbary Next Door, The Blue Posts, Evelyn’s Table*, The Mulwray and The Barbary Notting Hill – each forged with an entirely unique perspective.

This is an opportunity to be at the helm of some of London’s most iconic restaurants, where open-fire cooking, warm hospitality and rich storytelling come together.

You’ll be:

• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service. Our restaurants are fast-paced and high-energy, and previous experience running the floor in a high-volume, high-calibre restaurant environment will set you up for success with us.
• Passionate about detailed hospitality and guest experience. You are dedicated to exceptionally high standards of service, maintaining and upholding relations with our cherished guests. The ideal candidate will inspire this commitment in others.
• A strong, responsible leader. From the Directors down, we all lead from the front and by example. You must thrive in taking charge of the daily operation, leading briefings and being the role model for your team.
• Collaborative and an all-rounder. Our managers share Back of House responsibilities, including onboarding, training, statutory compliance, profitability and maintenance. Equally, a strong background in beverage with WSET Level 2 is desirable for the ideal candidate.
