Our trio of Townhouses is embarking on a new concept within our Japanese Inspired Restaurant and Bar. We are looking for candidates to join this project and help deliver an exceptional guest experience with hospitality at the forefront.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the hospitality industry; specifically bar environments, and be able to bring creativity and personality to their service; with a desire to progress their career in the industry, and show willingness to grow with the project.

You will be involved in the development and implementation of a seasonally changing menu, developed in-house where excellent craftmanship is exhibited with the use of hand-crafted and premium ingredients. A good knowledge of cocktails and spirits is key.

To be confident, demonstrate attention to detail and communicate with guests in a personable and clear manner is essential. Professionalism and showmanship are required as we look to develop the offering within Bar Tokyo.

This project will see guest interaction at the forefront, we will anticipate the needs of guests, ensure a personalised experience and that the time at No. 131 is memorable.
