We are looking for an experienced bartender looking to take the next step in their career or a current supervisor looking for something new to join our talented bar team within Gin & Juice here at No.131 The Promenade. A real passion for cocktails, craft beers and service is a must, as is a sense of fun, showmanship, and professionalism.

This is a brand-new role for us and will have responsibility for hosting our back terrace when the weather is good as well as providing personalised service to private events and bookings within Gin and Juice.

You will be a real people person, hosting and creating an amazing warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be creative and confident, contributing to our guest experiences by providing thoughtful and individual service with clever and unexpected touches; always giving above and beyond expectation and making the beginning of peoples’ days bright, memorable and fun.

Experience working in busy bars and making quality cocktails would be a massive plus, as would a desire to progress your career in the industry.
