Wentworth Club is one of the world’s finest private members Golf and Country Clubs, famous for its outstanding three Championship golf courses, in addition to a luxury Tennis & Health Club. The Club is surrounded and entwined within the Wentworth Estate, one of the most prestigious private estates in the London suburbs where many of the world’s premier golfers have their home.

Reignwood Investments UK Ltd wish to recruit a Videographer to drive all film content activations across the Reignwood Portfolio.

Part-Time 32 hours per week.

Our headquarters in the UK is Wentworth Club, the national treasure and global golfing icon. Our tour de force, naturally, is three world-class golf courses, each painstakingly maintained and benefiting from state-of-the art innovation. These iconic courses are steeped in history and promise the perfect balance of challenge, prestige and playability among natural beauty and excellent company. Set in a magnificent 700-hectare estate, just 60 minutes from Southwest London and 20 minutes from Heathrow, Wentworth Club offers a serene retreat from city living.

In the City of London Reignwood own and hold private offices in the former Port of London Authority Headquarters, which today is now stands as the ultra-luxurious Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square. This was renovated by Reignwood and is now operated by the Four Seasons group whilst retaining the magnificence of this 1920s Grade II listed building. The hotel offers 100 rooms, Four Seasons Residences and a private members club. It is joined by 3 restaurants – the Rotunda, Mei Ume and Cooper’s Cut.

Job Purpose: 

• To plan, capture and produce high quality video content across the Reignwood UK portfolio in support of marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, digital engagement and events.
• To create visually compelling film content that reflects the luxury positioning, heritage and lifestyle associated with Wentworth Club and other Reignwood UK assets.
• To manage the end-to-end video production process including filming, editing, sound, colour grading and final delivery.
• To collaborate closely with the Graphic Manager and wider marketing team to ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
• To support the development of a consistent and distinctive luxury video style across the Reignwood UK portfolio.

Key Areas of Activity

• Capture high quality video content across the Reignwood UK portfolio, with a primary focus on Wentworth Club.
• Film a wide range of content including brand films, social media content, piece to camera, event coverage and lifestyle storytelling.
• Produce both conceptual brand led video content and documentary style coverage of member events, golf activity and hospitality experiences.
• Edit all video content to a high standard including sound editing, colour grading and final formatting for different platforms
• Follow the creative direction provided by the Graphic Manager to execute video concepts, storyboards and campaign plans.
• Attend and film key club events, tournaments, brand activations and member experiences.
• Deliver content optimised for digital platforms including websites, social media and internal communications (emails and club screens).
• Occasionally capture still photography to support marketing coverage of events and activities.
• Manage video equipment, filming workflows, storage systems and asset organisation to ensure an efficient and professional production process.
• Ensure all content reflects the premium standards and brand identity of Reignwood UK and Wentworth Club.

Key Skills & Experience

Skills

• Strong videography and cinematography skills with an excellent understanding of composition, lighting and visual storytelling and colour theory.
• Advanced video editing capability including sound editing and colour grading.
• High level proficiency in professional video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of video formats and optimisation for social media and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage the video production process from filming through to final delivery, following the direction and brief agreed.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams and respond positively to feedback.
• Ability to adapt to ad-hoc filming requests and work independently when detailed briefs are not provided, while still following overall brand direction.
• Ability to deliver high quality video content to tight deadlines, ensuring quick turnaround for time-sensitive projects while maintaining a premium standard.

 Experience
• Proven experience producing high quality video content for brands, hospitality, lifestyle or luxury sectors.
• Experience covering both structured brand content and live events.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing a range of video work including brand storytelling and social media content.
• Experience managing filming equipment and production workflows independently.
• Experience working within a marketing or creative collaborative team environment.
