We are searching for a someone to join our highly regarded team as Reception Host at No.131 The Promenade in the centre of Cheltenham.

We are a 24 hour operation, 7 days a week and need people who are free to work on evenings and weekends for this open role, if you don't have this kind of flexibility then this role is probably not for you.

Our ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service and a warm welcome to our guests. With the ability to multi-task, you will be dedicated, organised and efficient with a positive outlook and a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure. Attention to detail will be crucial to maintain consistency of service and to ensure guests always leave delighted by their visit.

You must pride yourself on providing exceptional levels of service; ensuring that the quality of our guest experience is a consistently high standard day and night. This is a responsible role for a proactive and reliable individual who is able to work independently; taking reservations, managing reception, being attentive to guest needs and taking responsibility for the security and smooth running of the hotel.

The wiliness to work alone and trustworthiness are essential attributes for this role and previous experience working in a relevant role in the industry is desirable.
