Restaurant Manager for Japanese Restaurant– Great career opportunity for an ambitious and talented Manager

This is a really exciting advert to put out as we are advertising externally for an experienced Restaurant Manager who wants to be part of our talented and respected Management team within our award-winning hotel, bar, and restaurants.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Restaurant Manager to join our team in the heart of Cheltenham. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working at a high level and ideally with a background in Japanese cuisine (and will have a passion for high quality, seasonal foods; delivering exceptional service). Experience working in a busy, creative and dynamic restaurant will be a massive plus as would a desire to grow, learn and progress your career within the industry.

You should also have the ability to multi-task, be organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business acumen and a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure. 

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their supervisory skills, working with and training a passionate and committed team.

The restaurant is currently open 5 nights a week (Tuesday to Saturday) with the occasional Bank Holiday weekend extending opening evenings.
