Hours: 40 per week
A leading cloud-based software vendor that specializes in human capital management (HCM) and financial management applications based in Dublin. We currently offer a delivered in hospitality offering for about 30 - 50 employees along with a Snack program. This is a Monday to Friday operation.
We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to lead the hospitality team at one of our fantastic Locations in Dublin.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager at this key corporate location. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hospitality operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest experience are maintained at all times.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Hospitality Manager or Assistant Hospitality Manager within a corporate head office or premium independent school environment. You will demonstrate strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in both service and client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to ensure all services are delivered on time, presented to the highest standard, and in line with both client and company expectations.
- Manage, build, and maintain strong client relationships with the utmost professionalism, acting as the key point of contact for all hospitality matters.
- Oversee hospitality bookings, ensuring all bespoke requests are handled efficiently and delivered to an exceptional standard.
- Track and record all financial elements including income, costs, and invoicing — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full alignment with company systems and reporting processes.
- Present confidently and professionally to clients, providing updates, reports, and recommendations where required.
- Ensure company food quality standards are consistently met, waste is effectively managed, and all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and allergen control policies are strictly adhered to.
Key personal skills and attributes:
- Proven experience working within a catering or hospitality environment, with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
- Confident in engaging with clients and guests, delivering a warm, professional, and attentive service at all times.
- Strong team player with excellent listening skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Impeccable personal presentation, high standards of hygiene, and a positive, professional attitude towards colleagues and clients alike.
- Adaptable and flexible approach, able to respond to changing needs and priorities with reliability, honesty, and initiative.
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
Knowledge / competencies:
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Good standard of verbal and written English and reading comprehension.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or food preparation environment is preferred.
