Hours: 25 negotiable per week

A private co-educational day school situated in Mottingham, southeast London for students aged 7 - 18 years. Catering for just under 1500 students and teachers offering a core feeding of Lunch and lots of high-end hospitality. This is a term time contract and additional benefits of this location is free parking available.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London.

You will ideally have previous experience of working within a busy environment as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant.

You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices.
  • Typing up daily menus and allergen sheets.
  • Ordering uniform for the team.
  • Closing bookwork weekly.
  • Keeping the online diary up to date.
  • Entering the teams sickness and absence onto the portal.
  • Taking minutes for meetings when needed.
  • Looking after the team’s personnel and training folders and keeping them up to date.
  • All general office duties.

You will have the following skills:

  • Experience with excel, word and powerpoint
  • An all-round team player
  • Organised with attention to detail
