Hospitality Sous Chef

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £ 45,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week
A stunning B&I location in Central London for an international law firm. Catering for approximately 150 people daily. We offer an extensive hot and cold breakfast and lunch and lots of high end hospitality. The role is a Monday to Friday operation.
We are looking for a talented Hospitality Sous Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious client locations in London.
You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or Sous Chef level.
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
The role will be a Monday to Thursday, 40 hours per week.
Overtime available for events.
Key responsibilities:
To work well in a team providing breakfast, lunch, grab & go, hospitality & retail
To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
Covering the kitchen in the Executive Chefs absence
Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
You will have the following skills:
A genuine interest in food & excellent customer service

Experience of working within a corporate B&I hospitality setting would be beneficial
