The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.

What you’ll need:
• Experience of working in a fast pace multi-site environment
• A growth mindset coupled with curiosity to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and the environment
• Strong IT literacy with Advance Excel experience. Previous exposure to using PowerBI and Navision/Business Central is preferable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to build relationships with all managers across multiple departments
• Ability to present data and results in a clear and simple format through storytelling
• Your style will be "hands-on", positive and engaging with the ability to build great relationships across the business and most importantly, you will have passion and integrity. Eager to be fully involved and present with regards to fresh challenges and change management.

 

 The Pricing & Promotions Analyst will play a key role in planning, analysing and measuring our promotional performance and pricing decisions across our Restaurants and Retail Kiosks, working collaboratively with the Marketing and Operations teams, and with the Finance Business Partners. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in other adhoc projects.

Key Accountabilities:
• Take the lead assessing the performance of past promotions
• Develop promotional governance, including pre-sign off of future promotions alongside expected outcomes
• Consolidate data from multiple sources, and perform analysis which will be used to inform our pricing strategy
• Track multiple trial results against cohort performance which will form the basis of determining whether the business should roll this out across the portfolio
• Provide adhoc analysis to the business as required
