We’re now looking for a Training Manager to join us on this journey—someone who’s passionate about people, thrives on energy, and knows how to turn learning into something truly engaging.

About You:

• You’re passionate about people development and thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy environment
• You have proven experience designing and delivering training in hospitality, retail, or a similarly dynamic industry
• You’re confident, engaging, and love being in front of a room—bringing energy and personality to every session
• You’re a natural relationship builder—you collaborate effortlessly across teams and levels
• You think creatively and aren’t afraid to try new approaches to keep learning fresh and exciting
• You’re organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• You’re driven by impact—you want to see the difference your training makes on individuals and the business

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of innovative, engaging training programmes across our brands
• Bring our brand to life through training that reflects our fast-paced, high-energy culture
• Build strong relationships with Operations teams to identify training needs and opportunities
• Support the onboarding and development of new and existing team members—from front-line to leadership roles
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our teams feel confident, capable, and inspired
• Analyse training impact and performance, using insights to continuously improve programmes
• Ensure consistency in training standards across all locations
• Develop and coach managers to become effective trainers and role models within their teams
• Stay ahead of trends in learning and development and bring fresh ideas to the table
