Factory Supervisor

The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader with a strong background in food manufacturing or FMCG environments. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a proactive mindset and excellent organisational skills, you will be confident in managing production teams, meeting targets, and driving continuous improvement on the factory floor.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a food production environment (experience with chilled or fresh food products is a strong advantage)
• A solid understanding of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
• The ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and resolve issues calmly and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results
• Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing production demands
