You will be required to work 4 days a week based in either our Head office in Shoreditch and our production site in Acton and one day from home
You will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of various technology initiatives aimed at improving our manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and overall operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex digital transformation projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
• Experience with project discipline and reporting standards.
• Project budgetary experience.
• Maintain detailed project plans for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage complex projects and/or deliveries that demand coordination across business and/or technology teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the tasks.
• Creating project plans to track tasks and monitor key project milestones.
• Facilitating working groups.
• Role will require working closely with stakeholders from Technology, Operations, and business functions to ensure successful delivery so will require strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Undertake timely and detailed analysis of requirements from an outline, or from a more detailed feasibility study.
• Conduct process mapping and redesign: Define 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes.
Work with client and/or business colleagues to understand their detailed requirements.
• Manage project delivery and hands on delivery and implementation tasks.
