Now, we’re looking for a Senior Franchise Training Coach to help us raise the bar across our UK network.

About You

You’re not just a trainer—you’re a people-person, coach, and doer who loves being in the action.

  • Experience in food, retail or franchise training (fresh food = big win)
  • Comfortable running training across multiple sites—you know how to scale standards
  • A natural coach & influencer—you bring energy, confidence, and credibility
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-footfall environments
  • Passionate about developing people and improving performance
  • Strong understanding of food safety & compliance (Level 3 preferred)
  • Happy to travel regularly and stay overnight as part of the role

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead onboarding and training for franchise partners and kiosk (PAC) teams, covering sushi operations, food safety, leadership, and customer experience
  • Ensure consistent brand standards across all sites, from food quality to service and compliance
  • Deliver hands-on, in-field coaching during openings, relaunches, and performance challenges
  • Support and develop Franchise Training Coaches, raising capability across the training function
  • Work closely with kiosk managers to improve team performance and operational delivery
  • Drive excellence in food safety, hygiene, and product quality standards
  • Partner with Operations, L&D, and People teams to identify skills gaps and deliver targeted training solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with menu innovation and business priorities
  • Continuously review, improve, and evolve training programmes
  • Track performance and provide insights to improve results across the network
