The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.

Key Accountabilities:
• You will take ownership and are accountable for delivering our retail annual marketing calendar.
• You will lead the customer facing strategy for kiosks utilising digital, social, OOH, instore media with performance targets and ROIs.
• You will work with the commercial team to create and deliver a commercial sales driving calendar of activity across the year.
• You will work with the commercial team to create and deliver the delivery and click & collect strategy for retail.
• You will take ownership for our new opening launch marketing plans, supporting Franchise, Operational and New Opening Teams to deliver on our objectives across the retail estate.
• You will lead community marketing strategy, for both existing and new opening kiosks by facilitating promotions, campaigns and events management at local and national level.
• You will work with the Regional Team and Franchise Team to ensure that all marketing initiatives are understood and delivered to ensure maximum buy in and support.
• You will support and facilitate our local buzz marketing strategy alongside local press outreach and social for all brands.
• You will identify and build key marketing business contacts and relationships with our retail partners.
• You will work closely with our partner programmes and manage all promotions and initiatives.
• You will work collaboratively with our Commercial, Food and Technical Teams to develop our product proposition across new and existing channels.
• You will work with our Digital Team to help create and manage all content across social channels including content creation, working closely with our Community Management team on engaging with our audiences to maximise success of launches.
• You will work closely with our Digital Team on kiosk specific ECRM and website updates ensuring this is optimised to maximise brand and range awareness through to conversion.
• You will lead, support and run photography and videography for all brands online and offline for both B2B and B2C purposes under the supervision of the Senior Brand Manager.
• You will manage Brand and Marketing KPI’s within retail and report a monthly dashboard, leading all wrap reports on marketing performance always with a commercial lens.
• You will work with the Senior Brand Manager to improve brand metrics across Brandvue FMCG.
• You will be engrossed in key consumer trends, providing regular competitor and market analysis updates and utilising data insight so all decisions are data led.
• You will lead activations for all new brand campaigns, tactical activity and NPD launches.
• You will report on mystery shopper programme, running consumer focus groups alongside surveys and supper clubs to gather feedback on our products, collecting and collating data on trend analysis and impact to influence and support brand proposition.
• You will facilitate all activity for POS online and offline, in-store marketing ensuring that they fit in to the main overall campaigns for each Brand.
• You will work with the Brand Team on all labelling and packaging design so products have maximum shelf impact, calling out key information to maximise sales such as health benefits, key words to drive sales.
• You will support with supplying competitor pricing and promotional mechanics so we are driving maximum sales through the best commercial pricing and promotional strategy.
• You will support the wider Team to drive engagement through marketing comms both internally and externally with current and future partners.
• With the Senior Brand Manager, you will develop and launch any new retail brands.
