Bartender

We are looking for experienced Bartenders to join us at The Barbary Notting Hill!
We bring the Barbarian experience to the Notting Hill neighbourhood with the iconic Barbary horseshoe kitchen counter, the beloved elemental cooking of The Barbary and a dedicated cocktail bar

You’ll be

• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service. The Barbary Notting Hill bar team will work from our dedicated cocktail bar, interacting with our guests as part of their Barbarian experience.
• Have a solid level of wine knowledge, be comfortable with the classic cocktails and eager to assist the Bar Manager on developing the ever-evolving The Barbary cocktail list. Original creations from our Bartenders have become firm favourites at our sister sites!
• An accomplished bartender with experience of working in a quality restaurant environment. You’ll have previous floor experience and be comfortable with getting stuck in and supporting the waiters during a busy service.
• An English speaker to a high working proficiency.
• Available to get stuck in on-site from mid August, joining our training programme as we rear up for the opening.
