We are looking for a friendly, professional and guest-focused Desk Concierge to join our Concierge team. You will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, providing excellent service and helping to create a welcoming and memorable experience.
As a Desk Concierge, you will assist guests throughout their stay, responding to enquiries, arranging taxis and reservations, assisting with luggage and providing information about London’s attractions, restaurants, theatres and transport.
You will also promote our hotel facilities, including our restaurant, bar and Leisure Club, while ensuring the Concierge desk and front hall operate safely, efficiently and professionally.

What will I be doing as Desk Concierge:
- Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about local attractions, restaurants, theatres, transport and tours.
- Arrange taxis, restaurant/theatre reservations and other guest requests.
- Assist with luggage, guest vehicles and parking when required.
- Promote and upsell hotel facilities, including the restaurant, bar and Leisure Club.
- Safely store and return guest luggage and belongings.
- Maintain the security and appearance of the front hall and Concierge desk.
- Handle guest mail, messages, parcels, newspapers and other deliveries accurately.
- Manage Concierge payments and ensure the float is correctly balanced.
- Maintain accurate records and provide a clear handover between shifts.
- Ensure Master Keys are correctly signed in and out and kept secure.
- Follow all Health & Safety, Fire and Security procedures and assist during emergencies.
- Report suspicious activity, maintenance issues or other concerns to the Duty Manager.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Attend required training and carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
