We are looking for positive and friendly individuals to join our busy Food & Beverage Team. This is a casual contract with no guarenteed hours as hours will be according to business needs. You must be able to work until 2am on event nights and be able to get home from SL9 7PA

Our Food & Beverage Team is at the heart of our business, providing excellent levels of service of food and beverages to our guests in our Restaurant, Bars and Meeting and Events spaces.

As Food and Beverage Assistant you will have...

  • Previous experience serving food and drink in a customer facing role
  • Commitment to great customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent team working skills.
  • A pro-active and can-do attitude
  • Flexible to work on a rota basis, mornings, evenings and weekends as required

What will I be doing as Food and Beverage Assistant?

  • Providing a warm welcome and delivering excellent levels of service to our customers.
  • Assisting with the service delivery for weddings, events and parties potentially finishing at 2am
  • Being proactive in upselling all aspects of the department.
  • Ensuring your work area is well maintained and meets all health and safety regulations
  • Working well with your other team members to ensure a smooth service and high team morale.
  • Attending training & completing e-learning modules to improve your skills and aid your development.
